Six Foot Services is a Nashville based real estate photography company offering alternatives for realtors with tight schedules and budgets. Six Foot Services can capture your listings with affordable and quality photographs. All pricing is provided to you upfront and photos can be supplied to you via e-mail or on a CD-Rom or diskette in any format required by web based companies such as RealTracs (www.realtracs.com), newspapers, magazines or TV shows such as Home Center Network(www.homecenternetwork.com).
 
Included in Six Foot Service’s base rate is modest staging to bring focus to the strongest element of any room. In addition, a professional light kit is used to brighten and accentuate even the darkest room. Large quantities of photos will be taken (at no additional charge) so you have plenty to choose from when making your final selections.
 
Need creative flyers for your open houses or post cards for mailers? Six Foot Services can provide these as well. Samples are available and styles are just about unlimited!

Base Price
Includes unlimited photos taken at the property for greater selection choices* (see individual photo pricing below), one complimentary photo, mileage within 20 mile radius of Nashville, modest interior staging, photo enhancement & use of professional light kit.                                                                                         $50.00 flat fee

*Additional Frames
Unlimited photos are taken at location during shoot of which you may choose any number for your use for a per frame fee. 
                                                                                           $3.50 each frame
Flyers
All flyers are created and sent to client for approval. Once approved, flyer is e-mailed or burned to CD-Rom in PDF format for your use in printing and distribution.                                                   $15.00 flat fee
 
Postcards
All postcards are created and sent to client for approval. Once approved, postcard is e-mailed or burned to CD-Rom in PDF format for your use in printing and distribution.                         $10.00 flat fee

 

 

Brochures

All brochures are created and sent to client for approval. Once approved, brochure is e-mailed or burned to CD-Rom in PDF format for your use in printing and distribution.                       $40.00 flat fee

CD-Rom
All photos and marketing pieces can be burned to a CD-Rom or floppy diskette                                                                                $3.50 each disk
 

Additional Information:
 
All fees are due prior to removal of watermark protection for approved photos, marketing pieces, etc. 

  

 

Additional Mileage
Outside 20 mile radius of Nashville
(Mileage will be calculated by using MapQuest from/to Six Foot Services (37205) and the property location).             $.40 per mile
